Third Level Graduate Program

Eligibility criteria for the Third Level Graduate Program

Any graduate who has earned a level 8 (Honors Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma) or more from a university or college in Ireland can apply for the Third Level Graduate Program.

The applicant must confirm that they have completed their studies and received the required diploma.

You must apply for this program within six months of graduating. You can apply a maximum of two times, as long as you have not exceeded the study period in Ireland for more than eight years.

If you have received the eighth level, the program will allow you to look for a job/work or simply live in Ireland for one year.

If you have received the ninth level (master’s degree) and above, then the annual residence can be extended one more time if the graduate can prove that they were looking for a job but could not find one for some reason.

The program allows you to work without restrictions but does not allow you to start a business or work for yourself.

Students who had to return to their homeland and study online due to the pandemic can also apply for this program. This exemption is expected to end on May 31, 2021. Online studies generally do not provide an opportunity to apply for a visa under this program.
