AUT – the youngest and the most practice-oriented university in New Zealand offers scholarships for international students for Semester 1, 2022.
AUT International Academic Achievement Scholarships

Applicants can be currently onshore in New Zealand or offshore.
If applicants are starting their programme online and offshore, they must be enrolled full-time and indicate their willingness to come to New Zealand and study onshore once the border restrictions ease or are eligible under the border exception category.
To be eligible for the scholarship, a student must be full-fee paying international student and have a current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study at an AUT programme commencing in Semester One 2022.
The programme should be:

The deadline for this scholarship is 15 November 2021.
Note that you can apply for the AUT International Excellence Scholarships - Faculty of Culture and Society at the same time but NOT the AUT International Academic Achievement Scholarship.
Online Programmes for International Students
For international students currently offshore who are unable to study on campus due to border restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some AUT programmes they can study online in 2022.
You can progress your qualification now without needing a student visa to study from your home country. You can then safely transition to study on campus in the near future once the borders are open, or if you become eligible for any new border exception cohorts announced by the New Zealand government.
Moreover, students of Bachelor’s degree level and above can still be eligible for a Post Study Work Visa if they study on campus for at least one year.
The list of online programmes is available on the AUT website.
If you are interested in studying at AUT and receiving a scholarship, fill out our application form. We will be glad to help you enrol and apply for a scholarship.
