My boyfriend and I, from Belarus, moved to New Zealand in early 2018 on a student visa + partner visa. We learned about Kiwi Education through friends who were already living in New Zealand at the time. Kiwi Education assigned manager Marina to us. She handled our entire process from beginning to end… and even beyond. She always replied promptly to our emails, and if there were any misunderstandings, together we resolved them immediately.

Marina helped us choose a suitable institution and intake date, and gather all the documents for the embassy. I received my visa exactly within the timeframe the embassy had given in advance, and my partner got his in just 10 days instead of the usual 25!

Getting the visas is only half the battle. The real challenges begin when you start planning your trip and your first few weeks of living abroad. Marina helped us with answers to all our questions. When we arrived, we were met at the airport by manager Ekaterina, who gave us a quick orientation and told us what to expect from New Zealand in practice. Ekaterina became our first positive impression of the country!

After arriving, my classmates and I discussed how each of us ended up in New Zealand. I heard both good and bad experiences with agencies, but not a single bad word about Kiwi Education. It’s immediately clear that the team takes their work seriously and genuinely cares about their clients!
