LanguageCert as an IELTS alternative

In certain locations worldwide, the recent rise in COVID infections has led to further closures of test centres and disruption to English language testing, causing delays to applications. However, some online tests have appeared that make the testing process faster, easier and more comfortable.

If you plan to study in New Zealand or the UK, it is worth considering the LanguageCert International ESOL test as an alternative to IELTS.

LanguageCert International ESOL provides students with the opportunity to take the 4-skill test at home in any location (including China), at any time.

LanguageCert offers

  • Full assessment of speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills, with a live 1:1 interactive speaking test
  • One of the world’s most secure online test delivery systems, using live proctors and an award-winning browser locking platform
  • Fast booking up to four hours in advanced
  • Results in three working days immediately verifiable through the results service
  • Score comparisons with other major tests
  • Highly responsive multi-lingual customer service available 24/7
  • Recognition by over 1000 institutions and government departments worldwide.

This test is recognised by many educational institutions in New Zealand and the UK, as well as some European countries. In Ireland, Australia and Canada, it has not yet gained widespread recognition. See where LanguageCert is accepted.
